Steps to Become a Donor

First of all we wish to thank you for your interest in becoming an egg donor with the Bellingham IVF & Infertility Care center. As a young women considering giving the most precious gift of life, you will be well taken care of by our team of infertility experts at our infertility clinic. We have been using egg donation since 1995 and have created a successful program in Northwest Washington. This is an anonymous Egg Donation Program and your name will be kept confidential throughout the process. Outlined below are the simple steps you can take to help another woman share in the joy of pregnancy and motherhood.

The process for evaluation includes:

1.  Review & approval of the Eligibility Questionnaire & Family Medical History Questionnaire
2.  Interview with IVF Coordinator & Physician
3.  Appointment with a psychologist for testing

After completion of the screening evaluation, your information will be available to be matched with a potential Egg Recipient. At that point, cycles would be coordinated by the IVF Coordinator, Sara.

It is important we appropriately screen the applicants in our program. Therefore, we have also included an Eligibility Questionnaire (PDF file) and a brief Family Medical History Questionnaire (PDF file). Please print the questionnaires, fill them out, enclose a picture of yourself, and return these items to us by mail or in person. If you have any questions, please contact us.
